[SARES] for everyone especially field exercise participants

Everyone has a default assignment.  You should know what it is and how to 
get to it.  If you cannot visualize how to go there, you should refresh 
your memory by visiting it every once in a while.

Some members do not have e-mail service.  If one of your SARES friends does 
not, phone them and tell them about the drill and to phone me at 408 73 
8329 if they want to participate.  The drill will be described in the 
upcoming newsletter, but your call will give them more time and me more 
time to fit them in.

For drill participants, you will participate from your default 
assignment.  Since the exercise starts promptly at 2 pm, you should arrive 
early.
