[SARES] drill information

Drill scripts will be distributed in pdf format from my ftp site.  For 
practice at accessing these, I have put a list of drill participants so far 
there.  You can practice downloading by:

enter   ftp://[FTP_URL deleted]  in your browser.  After being connected, 
you will be asked for a password which is sunnyvale.  You will then see a 
page of files with links for downloading.  sares-drill.pdf is there 
now.  Click on it and it will download.

Anyone having problems downloading should contact me by email.

Note that for drill purposes, there is only one person at the EOC.  The 
AECs are put in field locations for this drill.  I will be NCS operating 
from a place different from the EOC.  This is the usual method in military 
operations.
