[SARES] online ICS training from FEMA.gov

Hello.

Thanks to Bob Gundrum, KG6MOL, for reminding me about this topic.
I took the class online earlier this year, and I also took the test 
online. After scoring a passing grade the FEMA mailed me a nice 
certificate (it also counts as 1.0 CEU for those who need that). 
Best of all: It's free and you learn something new every day.

I did make a printed copy of the course material and have it
spiral-bound into a book. I will bring it to the December SARES
meeting if anyone is interested.

Once you are there, I highly recommend that you are there you look 
around in the other emergency preparedness course material that is 
offered by FEMA in their library section at
