[SARES] Pat Jocius

This week The Sun, a Sunnyvale newspaper, spotlights Pat Jocius, KB6VLK, 
as a world-wide speaker on neighborhood emergency preparedness.  
Congratulations, Pat!!
I first came to know Pat in 1987 when she was the emergency planner in 
the Sunnyvale Department of Safety. Pat started the SNAP program in 
Sunnyvale.  She moved on to Cupertino and then Menlo Park but has been 
on our SARES roster all that time.
