Re: [SARES] Insight Needed

Neal is correct, but all persons using that frequency should be licensed 
amateurs.  
If they all have call signs that is OK, but if only one or two have call 
signs, then the rest are not legal and this interference should first be reported 
to the OO (amateur official observer) and then to the FCC.
