[SARES] Lakewood Village Parade

The Lakewood Village Association newsletter has published a date of 
DECEMBER 2, for the Holiday Parade.  I have asked Andreas to make the 
change on our web page.  The times remain unchanged - reporting time 
0900 hours, 1000 hours parade participants begin to arrive, 1100 hours 
start of parade.
