In the past, members have expressed concern about communications to and from the OES office. These are those where one has a question or request and place a phone call or send a e-mail to obtain the information. Trying to take steps to increase communications the following has been suggested. Specific requests (city facility use permit) shall be placed directly via e-mail with Cherel at < CSampson@INTERNET. ci.sunnyvale.ca.us >, please copy me on the request. General requests for information / comments should be made to me, I will forward to the OES office (and copy you). Cherel is extremely busy and has a very full plate, both she and John have requested this method to see if the communications will be improved.
