The Health & Safety Fair - 2007 edition is now a recent memory. We had a great turn out of nine of us: Tom - WB6HYD, Jordan - WA2BRV, David - WB4FZU, Neal - WA6OCP, Andreas - K6OTT, Joe - KE6YHI, Rick - KG6KZV & Ralf - WA6CQA with 4 operating stations. We had an HF station, 220 station, 2 meter station and 440 station. Dignitaries that stopped by the booth were; Mayor Otto Lee, Council Members Dean Chu & Ron Swegles, City Manager Amy Chan and Department of Public Safety Deputy Chief Dayton Pang. Jordan took some photos and they have been sent to Andreas for possible inclusion on our website: http://www.sunnyvaleares.org/ The Health & Safety Fair is held on the 2nd Saturday of May each year. We are looking for a member to coordinate this event next year, after coordinating for the past three years, it is time for different ideas. The major involvement is obtaining members to attend & assist, then the setup and tear down. You even get lunch provided!!!!
