[SARES] Town Center - Ground Breaking

SARES has been invited to the ground breaking festivities on this coming 
Tuesday, Aug. 28 @ 4 PM.  We are invited NOT as radio operators, but as 
volunteers with the city.  There will be FOOD (pay attention Howard). 

Parking will be in the parking structure next to Target with a shuttle 
to the ground breaking site.

I know this is short notice, I just got called, and have provided the 
city a number for SARES members to attend, so COME ON DOWN, if for 
nothing else - to get something to eat!!!!!!!
