This is a pretty good suggestion. I'd like to add to it by saying that the actual notification message be sent to the an email to be designated by SARES members. I can get text messages directly to my cell phone (always with me) at an email address which is my cell phone number@INTERNET. vtext.com. Then It would not matter if I had filtered forwarding on my regular email, and I would not need a phone tree based call.
