Neal,
    Yes, I feel a basic nature comment would be great, ie - missing 
child, missing adult, etc, is all that need be said.  Giving each member 
a full description  of the person would take several minutes per phone 
contact.  The description, and reporting location can be provided by 
NCO, say on a 15 minute interval.  That way we could batch the members 
getting the info.  I feel there would be not need to write ALL the info 
down until briefing at the ICP.  The purpose for the basic description 
while headed to the ICP would be to be looking for a possible match.  
Once briefed and assigned a specific search area the full description is 
very important.
