All,
    Below and attached is a request from Santa Clara County RACES for a 
Mutual Aid request.  This if for support of the Human Race being held at 
Shoreline Park, Mtn. View on Saturday, May 10, from 0730 to 
approximately 1400 hours.  Santa Clara County is requesting two (2) hams 
from each city.  If you would like to participate, you MUST let me know 
(officially, per county regulations, you have to be released by SARES 
before you can participate).

    Please remember that we also have the annual Health & Safety Fair at 
the Columbia Center to support that day from 1000 to 1500 hrs.  If you 
can assist, please advise Rick Eversole ~N6RNO~ ASAP or on the net 
Monday evening.

I have attached a formal request to all the cities in Santa Clara County for 
mutual aid for the upcoming Human Race event in Mountain View. This will be 
a MAC training event, and I hope that as many MACs as possible decide to 
work the event. John Amos is the event coordinator for ARES/RACES, and needs 
additional hams to help out at the event. Please do all that you can to help 
John properly staff this event.

Please let John know when you have hams that can help at the event. I 
request that you send me a copy of the emails that you send to John.
