[SARES] Announcement of Weather Spotter Class

All,
    Peter Chow has posted a link to a weather watcher class being held 
in San Jose.  This is counter productive, as we have already announced a 
class specifically for SARES at our quarterly training on June 25 
between the hours of 7 - 9 (training + SARES business <read Field Day 
info>).
