[SARES] SARES Packet Check-in

Some of the members have expressed an interest in having a SARES Packet 
Check-in.  We suggest the following SARES Packet Check-in protocol:

    1 ~ Packet check-ins will be every Tuesday evening between 7:00 & 
7:45 p.m.

    2 ~ Check-in will be on the SARES main packet station BBS at K6SNY-1 
on a frequency of 144.910

    3 ~ Check-in should be addressed to W6MOL, at K6SNY-1

    4 ~ We will check the BBS and verbally acknowledge Packet Check-in 
on our local portion prior to
         SVECS net.

Then when we get more comfortable with packet, will consider keyboard to 
keyboard.....  This should remove some of the rust from those that used 
packet in the past and improve the functionality of us newbies!!!!!!!!
