[SARES] Go-Kit Forms Training

All,
    We STRONGLY encourage all members (with extra encouragement for our 
AECs & MACs) to attend a training session on how to use the forms that 
SHOULD be in your go-kit.  The forms will have SCCo ARES designation on 
them, SARES is using the same forms only they have SARES designation 
(requested by the SNY OES office).
