[SARES] Packet Net

I will continue to host the Tuesday packet net until Bob comes back online 
(he said "next few weeks").

Until then, the rules remain the same as below -- check in to AA6WK-1 on 
145.050 (with a reminder that 145.050 is not the K6SNY frequency -- you'll 
have to use hand-eye coordination to turn the selector dial).
