This is an update for those that have expressed an interest, and those that might become interested. In January an e-mail was sent asking for those that might be interested in a joint venture with Mountain View ARES / RACES in operating a station at the El Camino Medical (ECM) Facility located an El Camino & The Americana in Mountain View. This weekend we were advised that they, ECM, are slowly moving forward. Antenna(s) are believed to have been installed and leads are being routed to the location of the radio room, on the 3rd floor(?). Suggested radio equipment, including radios, TNC & computer w/printer is being obtained for installation.
