It is time to collect SARES June service hours for reporting to the city. As usual the guidelines are any time you expended in: training, service, drills (county and city), meetings (including our Tue lunch meetings), or equipment preparation and maintenance. In general any efforts that help you become a better prepared emergency response ham. Don't forget to include time for attending the Annual Field Day. I keep track of net voice and packet check-in activity so please omit that time. Starting this month AEC hours are submitted to me. please give me your (rounded up whole number) hours by return email by Monday night the 4th of July (2011). Reminder- starting in July you are to include voice and packet check-in time in your volunteer hours total.
